An international media business, located in Central London, who have a fantastic and ever growing list of businesses they partner with. This is a new position within their team in Central London as HR Administrator, reporting into the HR Manager. The HR Administrator role has opened up due to company growth.
Your new role
This exciting opportunity requires you to communicate with the critical stakeholders within the business and perform generalist HR duties. You will have to connect effectively with people across all levels of the company and ultimately you will have an influence on how the business performs and grows. Your role will involve a small amount payroll duties also.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a HR Administrator, you will be the person who seizes the initiative and has a can-do attitude. You need some HR experience, including payroll, be very organised and great at communicating. You are going to manage your own projects from end to end, so a degree of autonomy is also essential. Depending on needs at the time, this role can be admin heavy at times. This is a wonderful chance to use your current knowledge and grow with this leading global Media company. You need to have some experience in Admin, although not limited to HR.
