Our Client, a global leader in the professional services are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their shared service team. Based in Birmingham the role will involve delivering support across several core IT systems. This role is exciting opportunity for someone with a flair for systems to work at the heart of a HR shared services function.
- Providing first line support to end users of the HR system
- Respond and escalate enquires in a timely manner
- Ensure data integrity and protection by maintain and auditing the system
- Producing weekly and monthly standard reports
- Provide training on system best practice
- Provide support on a variety of cyclical projects
