Based in London, they are at the forefront of cutting edge production developments in the 21st century and boast an enviable client base, alongside the production of incredible products through the combination of market-leading knowledge and the provision of an exquisite client experience. They are growing and are seeking a HR Manager for their headquarters in London.
Your new role
In your new role as HR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the group HR function. You will manage the end-to-end ER caseload and have to communicate effectively with key stakeholders throughout the business. You will also manage the employee lifecycle and benefits. Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures as well as knowledge of managing contracts and employment terms are essential. As HR Manager, you will report into the CEO and have a number of direct reports yourself. There will be a number of projects for you to take ownership of and see through to completion, really making an impact on the group.
What you'll need to succeed
Multi-site and strong generalist experience at the same level within a creative organisation are fundamental. To be successful for this role you will need extensive ER experience including personal development, organisational design, disciplinaries, dismissals. Prior experience of managing contracts and employment terms are also key. You will possess the ability to spot potential future leaders in accordance with workforce planning initiatives and be excellent at Training and Development, intuitively assessing and advising on areas improvement.
