We're working on a unique opportunity for a Researcher from an Executive Search background to join our client - an Asset Management firm in a new role within the Talent team.

As investors in fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses they're looking for someone experienced in identifying potential candidates for executive assignments, to support assignments across their portfolio companies.

Responsibilities will include:

Using attraction strategies that will make the firm a 'house of choice' for Senior Executives

Actively participating in client briefings at Executive level to gain a clear understanding of the business needs

Market mapping, identification and attraction to long-list presentation of candidates

Act as an expert for all research activity

Manage relationships with external search providers

Monitor industry trends, providing intelligence in presentations to teams / the business

Track deliverables using metrics, prepare reports and maintain databases

Suitable candidates for this opportunity will:

Have experience within an in-house or consultancy executive-researcher position

Have a proven track record in directly sourcing via digital media channels and networks

Be confident in pre-screening candidates through phone calls

Have worked in a corporate environment and have had experience building relationships with Executives
