Customer Services Trainer
Henlee Resourcing is working with a well-known and respected employer based near Chippenaham to recruit a Customer Services Trainer on a permanent basis.
We are looking for an individual to support the Customer Services Team in defining and providing continuous training to help develop all new and existing Customer Services employees, whilst ensuring customer excellence is delivered at all times.
As the Customer Services Trainer, you'll be part of the Customer Service Transformation team. The team play a key role in improving the performance, quality and productivity of Customer Service to deliver their operational, customer and strategic objectives.
This role will focus on the design, development and implementation of various training initiatives, as well as system enhancements and policy development - focusing on developing individual skills and capability performance. You will facilitate learning through a wide range of delivery methods, to both new and existing colleagues, whilst identifying training needs and designing, developing and preparing relevant training solutions.
Suitbale applicants must have a passion for developing and coaching others! You will have proven training experience gained within a customer services environment and be confident delivering training using innovative and engaging techniques.
You will also be able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure, largely autonomously, to define new processes and best practice. CIPD certificate in training or equivalent would be advantageous and it is essential that you can communicate ideas and knowledge clearly and effectively, persuading at all levels.
