A generalist HR Advisor role working in an HR team in Central London at a large children's charity. A role encompassing HR advice on policy, best practice, employment law, employee relations, recruitment and HR projects.
A large, international, children's charity with offices in countries across the world who provide a great working environment and benefits package. This role will be based in Central London.
The HR Advisor will:
- advise on HR policy and best practice
- manage a caseload of employee relations work including performance management, capability, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievances
- advise stakeholders on recruitment processes
- work on a range of HR Projects including restructures and redundancies, supporting the HR Business Partners
The HR Advisor must have previously managed a range of employee relations casework, including complex cases such as disciplinary and grievance cases.
The HR Advisor should have a good understanding of Employment Law and HR best practice and be confident in advising both staff and senior stakeholders on HR policy.
The HR Advisor will receive a salary of £28,000 to £32,000 along with an excellent benefits package.
