Oakleaf Partnership are representing a leading financial services based in Canary Wharf. We are recruiting for a Performance and Reward Manager to lead on reward activities for the Asset Management arm to this global business.

You will be reporting directly into the Head of Performance and Reward and you will be responsible for providing expert advice on performance management, Executive compensation (which will include UCITS and AIFMD). You will be supporting on year end pay review processes as well as responsible for the review of existing reward programmes. As you will also be joining a highly successful team you will also play a crucial role in the development of more junior members of the function and therefore previous management or mentoring experience is desirable but not essential.

Out client is ideally looking to secure a candidate that has previously working in a regulated environment, of a highly complex, matrix structure. Involvement with Asset Management clients is desirable but not essential.
