An international law firm are looking to hire a new Learning & Development Manager into their London team, reporting into the L&D Director and managing an advisor and 2 assistants.
L&D within the firm is highly regarded and the current team have done an incredible job of evidencing the value the function can offer to the business.
This person will be working with both fee-earners and business services to implement various L&D initiatives and will lead on developing existing programmes, as well as designing and delivering own content. This person will also have responsibility for the L&D budget and will work closely with the systems teams to utilise their LMS along with devising e-learning content.
This role would suit an experienced L&D Manager who has experience of working in a law firm or in another professional services environment. Ideally this person would also possess qualifications in coaching and psychometric testing along with extensive experience of facilitating training sessions.
