Oakleaf Partnership are happy to be working with a leading technology consultancy firm based in London who are looking for an HR/Recruitment Administrator to join their team. This role will be a part of the HR team and will support an experienced hiring team and HR Operations team. Within this role, there is opportunity to develop and grow within the team.

General duties will include, but not be limited to:

Coordinating diaries and liaising with stakeholders, agencies and candidates to schedule interviews.

Creating contracts of employment and activate background checks

Onboarding candidates onto the HR system

Undertaking project work

Producing MI reporting

Any other adhoc administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working in a Recruitment/HR administrative role previously

Have experience managing all administration during the onboarding process

Have a 2:1 upwards university degree or equivalent

Be hardworking with an ability to prioritise and multi-task and possess good time management

Be highly organised and able to multi-task even under pressure

Possess high attention to detail

Be a team player, have a positive can-do attitude and be keen to learn and develop

Hold strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to liaise with staff of all levels

Have excellent computer skills (particularly Excel, PowerPoint).
