HR & Recruitment Administrator
Oakleaf Partnership are happy to be working with a leading technology consultancy firm based in London who are looking for an HR/Recruitment Administrator to join their team. This role will be a part of the HR team and will support an experienced hiring team and HR Operations team. Within this role, there is opportunity to develop and grow within the team.General duties will include, but not be limited to:Coordinating diaries and liaising with stakeholders, agencies and candidates to schedule interviews.Creating contracts of employment and activate background checksOnboarding candidates onto the HR systemUndertaking project workProducing MI reportingAny other adhoc administrative duties. The ideal candidate will: Have experience working in a Recruitment/HR administrative role previouslyHave experience managing all administration during the onboarding processHave a 2:1 upwards university degree or equivalentBe hardworking with an ability to prioritise and multi-task and possess good time managementBe highly organised and able to multi-task even under pressurePossess high attention to detailBe a team player, have a positive can-do attitude and be keen to learn and developHold strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to liaise with staff of all levelsHave excellent computer skills (particularly Excel, PowerPoint).
