Learning and Development Coordinator12 month FTC£30,000 - £35,000 Multinational Media Company A multinational media company require a passionate L+D coordinator to join the business on a 12 month FTC basis. The L+D coordinator will support the Head of Learning and Development and the wider team in the coordination of all learning activities and the successful running of the function. Duties will include but are not limited to: Responsible for identifying learning needs in the businessCoordinating logistics of learning programmesActing as point of contact for L+D enquiriesAdvising individuals and teams on L+D options and training programmesWorking closely with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs, promote learning activities, and encourage collaborationConducting learning needs analysisCoordination of learning events and coursesLiaising with external training suppliersManage budgets, invoice tracking and purchase ordersInvolvement in L+D projects throughout the year Key skills/Experience: Previous experience within a L+D function is idealExcellent communication skills, and ability to liaise and work closely with senior stakeholdersGreat organisational skills with ability to prioritiseDesire to take ownership for successful delivery of objectivesIdeally degree level educatedValue driven and commercially led This is a contract role for 12 months, but the client will consider someone on notice.
