HR Administrator required for a 12 month fixed term contract for a well known charity.

Due to the implementation of a new system, a role of HR Administrator has been created for a well known 3rd sector organisation in Edinburgh for a 12 month fixed term contract either on a full time basis (35 hours) or part time basis (17.5 hours)
Your new role
As HR Administrator you will be responsible for advising hiring managers of the process for submitting vacancies for approvals, support managers on drafting adverts, collate monthly payroll information, create and maintain electronic and manual HR personal files and databases as well as undertaking general HR administration including updating spreadsheets,drafting communications, scanning documents and taking minutes during meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job you will have experience as an HR Assistant/Administrator, working knowledge of Microsoft office software or similar. You must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience of the system Cascade would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive salary of between £19,500 - £21,000. You will be able to work full time (35 hours per week) or part time (17.5 hours per week)
