Annapurna HR are partnering with a longstanding to continuously develop their Reward function. Operating within the financial services sector, this Reward Manager role is ideally placed to enable the client group to thrive in all areas that Reward supports.
The role will have substantial contact with the Head of HR, CEO and of course stakeholders within this area. The area this role is responsible spans across c20-30 different markets and a substantial number of employees. Whilst the role content will be fairly typical for a reward manager the challenge arrives when working with a truly global,large, matrix structured organisation and managing the respective regulatory environments within each market.
The successful candidate will require experience working in similar type matrix structured organisations, ideally within a global environment. FS regulatory will be highly advantageous i.e. UCITS & CRD4, however, these are not essential, top priority will be the capability to operate in the global, matrix environment that this organisation is.
