Interim L&D Officer
An L&D role in Frimley paying up to £18 per hour managing aspects of the learning portfolio for 6+ months.
Your new company
An industrial technology organisation in the Frimley area. Due to enhanced workload, an L&D Partner is required for a period of 6+ months
Your new role
You will partner with your HR colleagues and core management teams to provide high quality guidance and learning support around all developmental aspects. You will be responsible for specific topic areas within the learning portfolio, developing and enhancing current and future learning practices and approaches, liaising with topic experts to improve client engagement.
You will be expected to lead on learning projects and devise innovative and effective solutions and resources across varied platforms to enable the business to achieve its goals. You will on occasion be expected to support on data management and analysis to enhance the strategic approach of the L&D function.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous project management experience and be able to maintain multiple work streams. You will have exceptional communication skills and build relationships quickly and from distance. Experience of facilitation and delivery of training is preferred but not essential.
