A well established and market leading business are keen to appoint an HR Manager who has strong generalist skills, up to date employment law knowledge and the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload. With the support of an HR Administrator this role will offer the right candidate a broad and busy role and the opportunity to develop their career and HR skills. Candidates must have first class communication and coaching skills combined with a good academic record in order to succeed in this role.
Manage employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance management & sickness management. Implement and deliver HR policies into the UK market, including Annual Performance Review, Salary Review, Job Evaluation, etc.
Recruitment and selection of employees within the UK, ensuring adherence to the selection process. Training and development of employees by techniques such as talent mapping, training needs analysis, development of individual development plans, sourcing training and working with managers on coaching and mentoring activities.
Change management - ensuring that the structure of the business is suited to deliver the business strategy.
To manage employee rewards, including the vehicle fleet, insurances, and other employee benefits. To manage and monitor labour costs.
To grow the Graduate Development Programme to ensure a pipeline of future talent for the business.
