Macildowie HR are working exclusively with a successful professional services organisation based in Leicestershire to source a HR Manager to join their embedded HR team at an exciting time in the companies history! Partnering your key stakeholders within your business area you will build effective relationships in order to provide support on varying HR topics to achieve strategic business objectives and the people agenda. A key focus of the role will be to lead, engage and motivate the operational HR team in delivering a customer centric service to employees. The role is based in Leicestershire and paying £40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits.
Reporting into the Head of HR you will work in partnership with all managers up to Directors of functions you will use your Business Partnering skills, commercial approach and excellent communications skills to inspire change within the organisation. You will manage and up skill the operational team so they are developing and in term focussing on key areas including ER, talent & succession planning, change management, recruitment and pushing back on line managers in a coaching style.
We are looking for someone motivational, inspiring and a role model for your team supporting both the Head of HR and HR Director to commercially push to always help achieve business objectives. The role will require you to roll your sleeves up to understand the business from the bottom up including advising on a small number of complex case work so you will be very strong in this area with the ability to upskill line managers. MI is used to ensure all outcomes can be measured and you will take lead on data preparation for HR activities and meetings. There is also opportunities to work on various HR projects such implementation of the new HR system, investors in people, process and policy improvements and change management projects including site relocation, TUPE, restructuring and redundancies.
To be successful in this role, you will have previously managed a team and be an expert in generalist operational HR. You will be able to demonstrate commercial ROI and times you've made things happen. You will be an excellent relationship builder with examples of how you can help a team turn around difficult stakeholder's in order to work together in a true partnership. This will be the lead HR Business Partner role and therefore you will help mentor, coach and up skill the team and be motivational, hardworking and a confident in order to act as a role model for the other Senior HR Advisors. We are looking for a HR professional with a base of HR Business Partnering who has the desire and drive a HR function forward and who wants that next step!
