Hays are proud to be representing our long standing clients in their search for a new HR Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for a hard working, ambitious HR professional to further their skills with a reputable local business.

Your new role
This is a standalone role, handling all of the HR function. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Acting as first point of contact for any employee relations issues / queries
Handling the end-to-end recruitment process for the company, including liaising with recruitment agencies
Ensuring all new staff are introduced smoothly into the business
Coordinating training for all new staff
Handling disciplinary / grievances investigations and meetings
Facilitating the payroll process with data input

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a highly ambitious HR professional, capable of operating in a fast paced environment.
strong Employee relations Experience
Experience of handling end-to-end recruitment process
Payroll Experience
Confident operating in a standalone role
