HR Service Delivery Manager
My client is a global financial services business with strong brand and values. They are currently looking for an HR Service Delivery Manager. This role will see taking responsibility for end to end HR operations including vendor relationship management and supporting the shared service centre based in India. Key responsibilities include: Manage escalations and monitor complaint volumes and themes. Working with the Indian based service management team to produce a route cause analysis on any complaints or issues that are high severity or result in a financial loss.Manage the Maternity and Shared Parental Leave process, including holding meetings with Employees to support them through the process.Update and maintaining the firm's HR Intranet page, where most employees find out about the products and services that HR provide. Leading activities with business leaders in co-ordinating, driving and directing effective compliance and operational risk management at the Business Unit level and in collaboration with other HR teams.Implement controls to meet all regulatory and internal requirements.Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day controls, periodic monitoring activities and timely resolution of risk issuesManagement of a range of HR policies at a country level.Work closely with the relevant stakeholders across the Group (Compliance, Group HR Risk, Business) to set up, implement and monitor Group and country compliance requirements.Provide regular performance metrics and dashboards on HR volumes, trends and issues.Keeping updated of changes in employment legislation and ensure that HR issues are handled in compliance with HR policies, employment legislation and other legislation relevant to HR management.Support the HR change programmes as and when required.Competitive salary and benefits on offer to the successful candidate.
