Your new role
As Reward Specialist you will be the lead role in managing high volume individual rewards cases. You will support HR and Managers throughout the business providing robust advice, guidance and recommendations on Reward matters, ensuring consistency of approach within policy and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job, you will need to have strong analytical and organisational skills and have experience in rewards. This client is open to an individual who is in an HR generalist role with some rewards experience and has a passion to move into a sole rewards based job.
