I'm currently seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager to join my clients team on a permanent basis. Candidates will need experience of managing teams within a Shared Service Centre environment. £60k per annum.

About the Senior HR Operations Manager role

The Senior HR Operations Manager role is a new role created within the HR Shared Service Centre for this organisation following a recent restructure. The purpose of the role is to improve the good standard of service it provides to its employees on a daily basis. Managing 5 direct reports that that lead the Advisory, New Starter, MI and Payroll teams, you will ensure that the service that is offered is consistent, measuring service levels and ensuring that all legal, audit and regulatory requirements are met.

Reporting directly into the Head of HR Services, you will devise strategies to increase the level of customer service offered and suggest new improvements to technologies used within the Shared Service Centre which will have a positive effect on the overall customer experience.

About you the Senior HR Operations Manager

As the Senior HR Operations Manager within this organisation you will need to demonstrate a successful background within shared services with exposure to generalist duties such as Employment Law, policies and procedures, Payroll and TUPE. You will also need to demonstrate the following;

  • Knowledge of working with and evolving HR Systems

  • Experience of managing and developing teams of people

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide recommendations on findings

  • High level of stakeholder management skills

  • Previous experience of working within a customer focused HR shared service environment

  • Possess CIPD qualification

Candidates will also need to demonstrate experience of managing third party suppliers, managing budgets and working towards deadlines successfully.
