Process Improvement Manager- London- £85,000

My client is currently looking to grow a newly formed innovation & Business Change team and have an exciting opportunity for a Process Improvement Manager to come in and really be a huge part of the business. My client is looking for someone who wants to establish themselves in a growing team whilst bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience with them in order to help shape and take the role forward.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the head of Service Excellence in building and maintaining the Service Excellence Programme
  • Analysis of existing processes to identify business improvement activity needed
  • Process mapping, analysis and design
  • Gain stakeholder input and buy-in through facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders
  • Supporting internal process learning and development
  • Acting as an ambassador for change and a key point of contact for improvement projects

Ideal Candidate

  • Project Change Management skills/ Integration skills: ability to take an end to end process and integrate it
  • Experience working within complex matters as well as light touch matters in end to end lifecycle experience, from inception through to delivery
  • Help refine process improvement methodology
  • Be able to understand and engage with finance, technology and other functions to be able to examine all parts of a process.

Education Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience of working with a law firm is desirable
  • Experience of dealing with legal process improvement is desirable
  • Experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders is essential
