Learning & Development Manager
Ashley Kate HR are working with a leading Global Pharmaceuticals organisation in their search for a Learning & Development Manager to join the business on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial self-starter who wants the opportunity to help build a new function for an evolving, dynamic and growing business. Although these are a pharmaceutical business these really break the mould and are expressive, creative and allow their employees to flourish to give the best to their core priority - the patients!
Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development you will contribute to the identification of capability development requirements across the business on an ongoing basis. You will lead the development and delivery of specific skills training interventions utilising both internal and external expertise, as appropriate. Ultimately to support the delivery of the European training plan and attainment of agreed strategic goals.
Contribute to the development of Annual and Long Term Training Plans
Collaboration with OPEL, Country and other Otsuka stakeholders
Execution of Training Plans
Located in Wexham Springs, Bucks - the successful candidate must be able to easily commute to the office
Fluency in another European language (French, German, Italian or Spanish) would be an advantage but is not essential.
Accountable for significant elements of the training and development budget.
Some travel may be required within Europe dependant on business need.
The salary on offer for this role is between £65,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance £6,960 + 10% bonus.
