My client is looking for an HR Advisor with a strong background in employee relations and good knowledge of UK employment law including supporting with occupational health.
The brand is a professional and commercial construction/ property management organisation with a portfolio of impressive sites across the globe. With company revenue in the Billions, this organisation houses industry professionals who plan, design and build properties for different industries from Health, Leisure & Tourism, Residential and commercial offices.
With over 3,500 employees globally you will have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders across the business, and you will be a part of a wider HR team who all have a passion and keen interest for all things people. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner who has a strong background in HR, allowing you to grow your knowledge of both the industry and generalist HR areas.
Working within the UK office, based in central London, you will be responsible for managing all low to mid-level ER cases, supporting the HR Business Partner on more high level complex cases when they arise. Coaching and upskilling managers around policies and procedures and how to handle ER cases will be something you have experience in, including regularly communicating with senior stakeholders on the ER agenda.
Strong communication skills will set you up well for the reporting side of this role, including all employee correspondence in relation to ER and script writing for investigations.
