A reputable and forward-thinking asset management firm are looking to recruit a HR Manager to join their small and collaborative HR team based in Mayfair. This is an outstanding opportunity to partner with the business on a global scale where you will provide a high quality, proactive and seamless service to the business.
You will support the Head of HR with a wide range of projects and initiatives including talent and succession, performance management and pay review. You will also take ownership for all generalist HR responsibilities where you will be involved with everything from recruitment, payroll, benefits & compensation, employee relations as well as acting as the first point of enquiry for the HR related queries.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional looking to make the next step in their HR career. To be successfully within this role you will need excellent organisational skills, verbal and written communication skills as well as relevant HR experience working within a busy, fast-paced environment ideally within Financial Services.
