My client, a creative and multi award winning Learning/Training Consultancy are currently seeking a polished Resourcing Manager to join their team in South London. They predominantly advise governments, leading global employers and public institutions on how to unlock their talent. And are looking for someone to be an ambassador to the company. Main responsibilities:
Resourcing:* Maintaining resourcing software to forecast long-term team capacity and identify and mitigate short-term risks in conjunction with other Managers* Using resourcing software to produce weekly KPI reports, presenting summary of analysis and recommendations to Leadership Team* Managing internal work requests from Leadership Team to the wider team* Co-ordinating internal team members to create proposals and RFPs* Approving staff annual leave requests from an operational perspective and maintaining associated records Recruitment:* Creating role descriptions and outlining our requirements to recruitment agencies* Sourcing, reviewing and interviewing suitable candidates alongside relevant Manager* Managing employee onboarding and offboarding* Maintaining contact and building rapport with wider freelance talent pool (e.g. Associate Trainers, Project Managers, Event Managers etc.)* Onboarding relevant third parties that we work with, including negotiating rates and issuing contracts Other:* Keeping abreast of Compliance/HR legislation changes* Line manage more junior staff members (if required)
A successful applicant will have experience within resourcing and projectmanagement and experience in HR would be advantageous. You will need to understand chargeability and profitability to ensure business performance. Paying a salary of £40,000 + bonus, please send in your details for immediate consideration.
