£46,000My client, a well-established Professional Body for Senior Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs are currently seeking a confident and tenacious L&D Business Partner to join their close-knit HR team in central London.Based in their stunning offices, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of training and development in line with best practice and business objectives, providing proactive advice on development issues, designing and delivering training, managing third party training provision and working with internal communications on all employee engagement activities.Key responsibilities:Develop an appropriate training strategy to meet business objectives and prioritiesDesign and deliver a range of courses to managers and staff across the organisation and manage external consultants and suppliers as appropriate to ensure best value and quality of trainingSupport the existing wide high-performance culture programme and lead / support other organisation wide training programmes, including:The identification of training needs which align with strategic goalsThe identification of the most appropriate training solutions (on the job, coaching, formal courses etc)The evaluation of the effectiveness of any training initiatives and support with learners and their leaders to effectively implement resultant changes. Ensure that appropriate methods of evaluation are being utilised and liaise with sales team to collate feedback for client reports, demonstrating ROIManage the Leadership Development Programme, to ensure that all our managers and leaders receive core management skills trainingControl the Training and Development budget, ensuring that spend is effective and within targetsEnsure that all training and development supports the business plan and is evaluated for impact The ideal candidate will have knowledge of L&D trends, techniques and approaches with experience of delivering a variety of training sessions. You should be a self-starter, able to work as part of a team and possess a high level of interpersonal skills. Paying a salary of circa £46,000, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to really make a role their own and hit the ground running in a successful organisation.
