Your duties:Build a talent pipeline of top local and passive talent through researching, sourcing and networkingWork with the leadership teams to coordinate and define recruitment budgetExperience in recruiting across head office functionsConfidence and experience in engaging with senior stakeholders at senior levelExperience managing a team of 5 strong recruitersAble to demonstrate proven experience in employer branding and social media toolsBe obsessive about a fantastic candidate experienceBe an advocate of best practise and recruitment policyWork strategically with hiring managers to make decisions and evaluate talent, autonomously problem-solve candidate scenarios as they come upContact and engage candidates, managing their experience throughout the process Our client lives and breathes their company values so will need a high energy recruitment manager. The successful candidate will need to manage performance, stakeholder management and improve work quality across the recruitment team. We will consider candidates from in house businesses as well as agency but must have experience of managing recruiters.
