Recruitment Team Manager



North London / Hertfordshire

Leisure and Hospitality Brand

Our client is a large hospitality and leisure brand and we are looking for a manager to join their recruitment team.This role will require you to work between two locations and manage a team.

Your duties:

Build a talent pipeline of top local and passive talent through researching, sourcing and networking

Work with the leadership teams to coordinate and define recruitment budget

Experience in recruiting across head office functions

Confidence and experience in engaging with senior stakeholders at senior level

Experience managing a team of 5 strong recruiters

Able to demonstrate proven experience in employer branding and social media tools

Be obsessive about a fantastic candidate experience

Be an advocate of best practise and recruitment policy

Work strategically with hiring managers to make decisions and evaluate talent, autonomously problem-solve candidate scenarios as they come up

Contact and engage candidates, managing their experience throughout the process

Our client lives and breathes their company values so will need a high energy recruitment manager. The successful candidate will need to manage performance, stakeholder management and improve work quality across the recruitment team. We will consider candidates from in house businesses as well as agency but must have experience of managing recruiters.
