Talent and Development Manager

This is a permanent based opportunity working for a well - known leisure and hospitality group based in West London. The main purpose of this hire is to design and deliver the management and development of talent across Europe to ensure that there is an exceptional talent pipeline in the business. You will be responsible for building talent practises (e.g. talent assessment, succession planning, performance management and high potential identification and development) The successful individual will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills have had a solid foundation of delivering talent and development initiatives in a fast paced business.

Your will be responsible for:

Plan and support delivery of leadership assessment and development programmes

Support the wider HR team and managers in the business on the implementation of talent action plans

Lead the implementation of our new exciting employee engagement strategy to provide real time engagement analytics to managers on a frequent basis to enable them to make better people decisions.

Benchmark best practice externally and innovate with cutting edge solutions in the central talent management function

Scope the design, launch and embedding of a diversity and inclusion programme

Building and facilitating development programmes

Support the delivery of the global talent and performance calendar

Manage assessment processes

Support resourcing projects

Budget management + manage coaching processes are aligned to the development programmes

The successful candidate will need to have strong communication skills and be confidence working with leaders at all levels. It is important that you champion talent and development of all employees and demonstrate passion in this field and have a track record for implementing at pace and a focus on continuous improvement.
