HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner12 month FTC£45,000 - £50,000City of London An international media business based in the City require an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a 12 month FTC, to cover maternity. Reporting into the HR BP team lead, you will contribute to people plans and commercial development across the client base. Duties will include but are not limited to: Strategy and planning:- using data insight to develop the people plan- recognising key people issues/priorities- working on transformation and change projects with wider business partner populations- identify areas of improvement across function, and present back Learning and development:- support in identifying capability gaps- create business case for L+D intervention- assess trends and root cause of ER issues across business- facilitate, drive and implement the employee survey Workforce planning and recruitment:- monthly reports to TA on hiring requests- analyse talent/people plans- build brand and hiring plan across internal talent- focus on decrease of agency cost, and drive direct hire Work on any additional projects where appropriate Key skills/experience: - Previous business partnering experience- Enjoys working on projects surrounding transformation/change- Worked in large organisations- Passion for driving improvement- Confident in senior stakeholder management As this is a contract, you will ideally be immediately available.
