VP People Strategy
$250,000-$300,000 + Bonus/LTIP

I'm looking for someone to join a large corporate in the US to lead the strategy of their new people agenda going into 2018. The role will sit closely with the CHRO and help develop and implement the new strategy worldwide.

This position is responsible for:

Facilitating the strategic process and managing the People Agenda to support the company-wide goal to attract, retain and grow the top people.

Design and facilitate the implementation of the People Agenda strategy and programs.

Working end to end across all aspects of the CHRO's agenda

Ensuring that the Global CHRO has the content, data and insight required to operate in a fast-changing, complex and dynamic environment.

Leading in setting the Global People Agenda and assist in driving execution of key initiatives, and shape the design of strategy and event planning.

Preparation of presentations and communications for the Executive Leadership Team meetings and CHRO meetings, liaising with key internal stakeholders to source the required inputs and data in an accurate and timely way.

I am looking for someone who has operated at an executive and strategic level within a large matrix, global organisation, ideally having worked in a top management consultancy or strategy firm previously.
