Interim HR Business Partner
Ashley Kate HR are currently partnering our client, a leading Manufacturing company at their site in Gloucestershire.
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join this fast paced International organisation on a 9 month FTC (PAYE) basis.
This is a rapidly expanding business which requires a competent Snr Manager to head the HR and really control processes.
This is a true HR operational role and so you will really need to immerse yourself into the business and be able to hit the ground running. Also, you must be comfortable within a matrix team environment.

Candidates will have a strong manufacturing / engineering or similar sector experience.
- Handle general HR queries
- Advise managers
- Support Snr management
- Lead on all ER cases
- Work closely with recruitment agencies
- TUPE and redundancies
- Union experience
- Ensure best ethical practice and legal compliance at all UK locations
- Spearhead local agreements and wage negotiations
- Lead and Manage all Internal and External Communications
What we need from you:
- CIPD qualified (Level 7 ideally)
- A self-starter who is organised and efficient when involved in a variety projects at any one time

The salary for this role is up to £47,000 - negotiable to the right candidate.
