Digital Learning Partner
I am working exclusively on a fantastic Digital Learning Partner role with a global financial services firm.
This is a newly created role sitting within Digital and reporting into the People Director for Digital. My client is looking for a strong Learning & Development professional, who will build global capability for both current and future business needs. This will involve working in partnership with the assigned business area and stakeholders, analysing learning needs, to design, develop and deliver a global digital learning curriculum. You will also be working in collaboration with the overall People Strategy, working closely to people processes, using Workday as an enabler. My client is also expecting this individual to work on designing and facilitating leadership effectiveness, and to work with leaders of their Graduate / Apprenticeship programmes to tie together the overall learning strategy.
The right individual for this role will have experience across the full learning & development spectrum and will be currently operating at a managerial/business partnering level. They will have previous experience in the Digital space, or similarly have worked in an extremely fast paced, matrix organisation. They must have also worked with strong stakeholders, be able to push back and to challenge. This individual must also be comfortable working in a relatively stand alone capacity on a day to day basis, but also working as part of a far wider global Learning team. It is ideal for this individual to have a financial services background or similar corporate, private sector experience. They must be comfortable working with various Learning Management Systems, including Workday.
