Reward Advisor
Paying up to £30k + Benefits
Interim 9 Month FTC

I am working with a leading private sector business who are looking for a Reward Advisor to join their team on an interim basis.

What you will be doing?

*Job Evaluation - Maintain pay structures through the use of Hay Job evaluation to grade roles at all levels of the organisation.
*Market Research - completion of salary surveys to support benchmarking of pay & benefits.
*Bonus & Incentives - Support co-ordination of bonus & incentive arrangements across the business to include; communicating details of schemes and monitoring performance & eligibility.
*Pay Review - Assist with production of reports to guide annual Pay Review.
*Benefits - Assist in process compliance.
*Work with Senior Reward Advisor to continuously develop new approaches to benefits to keep employees engaged with the flexible benefits on offer.
*Conduct cost/benefit analysis to understand value of proposed benefits.
*Support annual renewal of Private Medical Insurance, monitor take up of benefits i.e. Share Plan, Childcare Vouchers, Healthcare Cash Plan, Pension etc.
*Reward Advice - provide advice and guidance to Managers and Employees on Reward related queries.

What we are looking for?

*CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
*Experience in bonus and pay programmes.
*Experience of working within a fast paced environment.
*Commercial awareness and knowledge of reward packages.
*Stakeholder engagement across a variety of levels.
*Previous experience in a Reward environment.
