Employee Brand & Marketing Manager (Graduate Recruitment)
We have recently been instructed on a new role with one of the world's largest professional services firms. Sitting within their graduate recruitment team, this Manager-level position will take responsibility for the following:
- Overseeing all marketing and attraction strategies for their graduate and school leaver intakes;
- Working with suppliers on detailed briefings;
- Building strong internal relationships, including with the Diversity & Inclusion team, Recruitment and Events;
- Managing the marketing budget for graduate recruitment
To be considered for the role, you must have previous experience of graduate recruitment marketing. This experience can have been obtained from a similar in-house position, or from a marketing agency. Experience of large-scale recruitment campaigns is crucial. You must also be able to evidence strong experience of social media and digital marketing techniques. Strong budget management skills are also highly desirable.
