We are delighted to be partnering with a leading UK brand who sit in the Times top 25 big companies to work for and now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Regional HR Generalist to join their successful and HR energetic team

This is a fully regional role covering Yorkshire and the North West (approx 17 sites) and requires you to be happy to travel across this territory.

You will have outstanding Employee Relations skills and be highly competent in this area as well as having a successful track record of managing a varied ER case load.
You will have outstanding relationship building skills and be proven in influencing and partnering managers in driving and shaping their teams and maintaining a culture of ownership and accountability

Working closely with the Head of HR you will gain excellent exposure to all areas of the business at both operational and strategic project levels

Your personality will be credible and professional with the proven ability to challenge stakeholders with a commercial mindset. Working across your region you will be self motivated with high levels of initiative and the ability to work in a structured and organised manner to achieve success.
