HR Advisor / Chichester / Human Resources and Personnel
A leading international organisation based in the Chichester area are seeking an HR Advisor
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
*Support HR Management team in the preparation of planning activities and act on their behalf when necessary. Ensure that all planning and analysis activities are carried out to high degree of accuracy and that all business requirements can be met.
*Perform analysis, calculations and evaluations and make concrete alternative proposals.
*Contribute to the implementation of organisational measures to ensure that all business requirements can be met.
*Advise and coordinate employees on personnel development and other HR related issues
*Ensure adherence to all legislative and company regulations
*Monitor and advise technologies / departments on the achievement of target figures for
*Support the selection of suitable candidates for open positions with Line Managers in line with central recruitment and selection processes.
*Employee transfers made on the basis of agreed personnel planning.
*Contractual changes in terms of new hires, job changes, promotions, salary changes and one off payments etc.
*Ensure that HR process adherence is at the highest level possible throughout the business and that all business requirements can be met.
*Complete Recruitment activities outside of the normal process, as dictated by business requirements (according to SLAs)
* To ensure that all performance review processes are adhered to and completed for every eligible employee.
*Collate department Training and Development needs to the Training and Development function to ensure optimum development of the workforce.
*Prepare relevant documents i.e. contracts to ensure adherence to process and standardisation
*Provide departments with appropriate reports regarding employee data as requested to ensure managers have the key information they require to support their roles.
*Understand and operate within Employment Law legislation and best practice internally and externally to protect company and employees in aspects of data protection, working time regulations, discrimination etc. Also optimise best practice approaches to success of organisation.
*Works closely With HR Direct functions to ensure appropriate and optimum service is delivered to customers, as well as adherence to agreements and policies
*Complete all general office admin duties, organisation, correspondence, agendas, minutes, post etc. to ensure that all business requirements can be met.
*Ensures efficient and effective use of the HR IT Systems to maximise ability to automate processes where appropriate and manage employee requests in line with process and service delivery.
*Scans employee related paperwork and documentation
Our client is seeking a HR candidate with strong working knowledge of all round HR procedures and processes. Being immediately available or on a short notice period.
CIPD qualification (or studying) is also beneficial.
£15-17 per hour
