A successful, innovative and reputable financial services company is looking for a confident, professional HR Manager with strong communication and relationship building skills. This will be a 12-month fixed term contract, working closely with this fast-paced business, where you will have a mix of operational and strategic duties. You will be working in a team orientated environment and will have the ability to make a difference. The detail

You will be providing the full range of HR support to a global population. Accountabilities include:

*Supporting the business units with headcount budgeting and planning, performance management and employee relations, succession planning, recruitment, talent retention and training and development
*Providing support and coaching to line managers to help them to effectively manage their team
*Providing HR guidance and advice on a wide range of matters and deliver solutions to the business
*Prepare/review HR correspondence
*Assist with the graduate, intern and apprentice hiring
*Support for HR projects such as GDPR, ERP and SMCR

Skills and Experience

*Must have previous HR Manager experience within Financial Services, Banking or Professional Services
*Demonstrate proactivity, self-motivation and the ability work under your own initiative
*Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
*Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.
