I'm currently partnering with a specialist UK insurer who are looking to appoint a Recruiter for their London office on a permanent basis. They are a growing organisation with ambitious growth plans forecast for 2018 and now need a Recruiter to come on-board and support with this growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an in-house Recruiter who is looking to also gain more generalist HR exposure. You will have the chance to get involved in wider HR work from employee relations, policies and procedures as well as developing and delivering on people management strategies and ad-hoc HR project work.
To be considered for this role you will be need demonstrable in-house Recruitment experience and will have been involved with everything from direct sourcing, maintaining the PSL, coordinating and carrying out HR interviews as well as managing candidates, recruitment agencies and hiring managers from initial job briefing to job offer to start dates.
Experience of working within both an in-house Recruitment role and a generalist HR position would be highly desirable as well as experience within Insurance or Financial Services, but all experience will be considered. You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbally and will have strong organisational skills.
