Your new role
Reporting directly into the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on all aspects of HR including change management and both first line and more complex employee relations cases. You will work closely with managers across the business to enhance people management capabilities, coaching and training people managers on best practice.
In addition, you will get involved in a number of HR projects including job evaluations, performance reviews and workforce planning. The organisation is also going through a period of Organisation Change and so you will support the HR Business Partners with redeployment and redundancy cases.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a confident individual who can quickly establish credibility with senior managers. Previous experience supporting on ER casework is essential, as is a knowledge of employment law.
