National Training Manager (12 month FTC)
One of the world's largest audit, tax and consulting firms is currently looking for Training Manager to cover all its UK office locations on a 12 month maternity contract. This role is to start in the next few weeks and you will be required to deliver training in a variety of locations across the UK on a weekly basis.
The role will take complete ownership of all Audit and Financial Reporting technical training courses nationally including face to face learning and digital training. The training will be for newly qualified through to Partner level and will also work closely with the Technical Training Director on firm wide initiatives such as mobile learning.
You will be expected to research, design, write and deliver all training courses and work remotely from home on the days when training delivery isn't required. Courses typically run for 2 - 4 days per week and you'll be facilitating to groups of 15 - 40 at any one time.
The successful candidate must be geographically mobile and have delivered similar training in another professional services business. An ACCA or AAT qualification or equivalent would be extremely beneficial in this instance. You must be able to translate complex materials into a useable and understandable format and a confident self-starter who is able to manage their own time and enjoys working autonomously.
