Reward & Benefits Consultant
Paying up to £45k + Benefits
I am working with a leading private sector business who are looking for a Reward Consultant to support the HR Director in developing and implementing the reward strategy for the business. This role would suit someone who is looking for progression.
What you will be doing?
*Advising payroll of the agreed changes.
*Develop and implement clear reward communication plans.
*Implementing new reward and benefit processes and programmes to meet business needs and ensure competitiveness.
*Manage all benefit plans.
*Have an overview of car fleet management.
*Negotiate with third party providers in order to reduce costs wherever possible.
*Ensure regular audits are carried out to ensure there are no pay disparities.
*Support the Senior HR Team in managing partner pay and performance processes.
What we are looking for?
*CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
*Experience in designing and implementing bonus and pay programmes.
*Experience of working within a fast paced environment.
*Commercial awareness and knowledge of reward packages.
*Stakeholder engagement across a variety of levels.
This role would suit someone who is a Senior Reward Advisor, Reward Advisor, Compensation & Benefits Advisor, Reward Manager, Reward Specialist, Compensation & Benefits Manager.
