A growing organisation has a great opportunity for an individual to join the reward team. Reporting into the Head of Reward this role will support the delivery of all aspects of remuneration including benchmarking, job evaluation, pay and bonus annual review, benefits and executive compensation. You will provide subject matter expertise to the HR function and wider business to deliver relevant, commercial and effective solutions. Other duties also include project managing key reward initiatives, drawing on own skills and experience and those of the wider team as required.
We are looking for individuals with proven experience in broad reward activities as well as experience of delivering work projects in an HR environment. Strong analysis and decision making skills is a must along with the proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
