Talent Acquisition Manager
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for building and delivering the organisations Talent Acquisition Strategy. This will include developing a bespoke recruitment microsite aimed at developing the organisations online presence and promoting them as an employer of choice.
In addition, you will develop and implement a number of recruitment methodologies to attract a range of diverse talent into the organisation. You will also get involved in a number of other projects such as working with procurement to secure a contract with recruitment agencies for all permanent roles and developing LinkedIn as a recruitment tool. This role will involve a degree of hands on recruitment, particularly for low market supply roles and you may be managing up to 25 roles at any one time.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a confident individual with previous experience developing candidate attraction strategies and sourcing for a diverse range of roles via a variety of methods. The ability to develop excellent relationships with a number of challenging managers is key to this role and therefore someone with an inquisitive and influential working style with thrive in this environment. Previous experience managing a project such as the implementation of an ATS or reviewing a PSL is beneficial to the role.
