Our client is a global organisation that is headquartered in Guildford.

Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor to further develop a specialism within a multi-country environment, based at our clients headquarter for the International Region in Guildford (UK).

This roles supports the UK market as well as the International region (EMEA & APAC) on generalist HR activities, compensation projects and Workday.

Please note, although ideal you do not need previous experience of Workday to apply for this role.

My client is seeking a candidate who has worked as a HR Generalist that has an analytical mind-set that is interested in driving the systems agenda through HR.

You will be the focal point across the International region for Workday questions and supporting managers with Workday in those countries, where there is no local HR support. You have a generalist background to support UK employees and managers with day to day operational tasks and queries as an HR Advisor.

HR Advisory
Support the Recruitment process from interviewing, pre-employment screening, raising offer letters to on boarding
Handle all cases of maternity and paternity
Absence Management

Compensation & Benefits
Manage the relationship with the UK payroll provider and other payrolls, liaising with external partners to ensure timely and correct payments. Provide required data to Finance on a timely basis. Completes annual P11D returns, liaising with Finance.
Manage Benefits enrolment in the UK

Workday
Contribute to future Workday projects and implementation of new modules
Carry out some Workday testing and trouble shooting
Conduct Workday trainings for managers and the HR team


What you'll need to succeed
Experience as an HR Advisor or process role
Strong understanding of HR systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP) and ability to pick up new systems quickly
Interest in comp & ben, payroll
Advanced Excel & data manipulation skills
A proactive approach, continually looking at ways to improve processes
Customer orientation - focuses on internal customer needs at all times
Demonstrates diplomacy, confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - communicates clearly and regularly at all levels, adapting style according to the situation & audience


What you'll get in return
A base salary of £30,000 - £40,000, plus benefits
