An international organisation based close to Chelmsford requires a HR Assistant to join their well established team on a permanent basis
Your new role
You will be responsible for working with senior managers / stakeholders in the business across multi sites and countries to ensure the HR strategy is delivered and policies are communicated and followed.
You will produce policies in line with employment law and best practice and manage amendments to the employee handbook and ensure the HR intranet page is updated and accurate.
You will respond to queries and support managers and employees in your designated area
You will work with managers to develop a diversity and inclusion policy and promote within the organisation
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a generalist HR role is essential, you will be able to demonstrate experience of managing a variety of ER cases and have excellent employment law knowledge.
You will ideally be educated to degree standard or have completed the CIPD certificate.
Strong communication skills are required including letter writing skills, you must be confident when dealing with senior managers / stakeholders and have a professional and resilient nature.
