Your new company
A well known recognised employer of choice is looking to recruit a HR Manager to cover two sites, in Cheltenham and London. I am hoping to speak to candidates in both locations as there is flexibility in working from either office - provided you are comfortable with travel to both.
Your new role
You will support employees in this partner led environment across two sites reporting into the CEO. You will have support from an HR Administrator whilst responsible for all areas of HR; HRIS maintenance, talent management, employee relations, learning & development, reward & recognition and employee engagement. You will lead organisational HR initiatives, projects and solutions to promote best practice and business effectiveness in people management.
What you'll need to succeed
You are CIPD Qualified or have the equivalent level of experience. You have experience in a standalone role or a small team working within a partner led or professional services organisation. You may even have experience setting up a HR function, which is highly desirable. You are hardworking, proactive and versatile with excellent communication skill and a professional demeanour.
What you'll get in return
In return you will work for a dynamic, expanding firm with exciting ambitions. You will receive a salary between £40,000 and £45,000 (Cheltenham) or £55,000 (London) + benefits depending on your recent relevant experience. You will work closely with the COO and CEO to scope and mould the role of HR, a newly created position, within this organisation. If you are based in London- you will work from the London office with travel once or twice a week to the Cheltenham office.
