My client are looking for a HR Advisor to join their small HR team. You'll work on ER cases, support with administration with lots of autonomy.

The HR Advisor will be part of a small HR team. You will be first point of contact for managers and colleagues to answer queries and questions. This will include processing employee life cycle changes, and advising managers on ER cases.
The HR Advisor will
- have some experience of advising managers on ER cases
- CIPD qualification/ HR degree, or studying towards your CIPD
- good attention to detail
- able to work independently
A salary of £25,000-£28,000 with excellent pension.
