Interim HR Manager
Are you an experienced Regional HR Manager looking for a new role that will give you challenge and autonomy?

This is a regional role covering 4 sites across the Scottish region for an interim period of 6 months initially.
This role sees the business move away from a traditional centralised HR approach to a much more localised HR service into the business. This role therefore requires a candidate with outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and shape behavioural change.
You will be working on sites that have previously had limited HR support and therefore may be resistant to HR input requiring a strong character but with a well rounded HR Business Partner approach to establishing relationships.
You will be accomplished at all level of Employee Relations and have a proven track record of success in this area in order to drive performance and improved business efficiencies.
Whilst this role is an initial 6 month contract to begin with, this role has the potential to form itself in the long term structure of the HR department should the role be required to be a success.
