HR Assistant - Property
A Property company based in Central London is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team. Reporting into the HR Manager, this role will act as first point of contact for all general HR queries along with offering full administrative support to the HR team.As the HR Assistant, a background in Rewards/Compensation & Benefits is essential. Main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:On boarding - managing and delivering the on-boarding programme along with new starter and leaver processes including inductions and contractsRecruitment - conducting interviews, managing the recruitment system and assisting line managers throughout the processHR System - maintaining and updating employee records on HR systemPensions - responsibility for the monthly processing for company pension schemeBenefits - responsibility for the administration and recharges for company benefitsHR Policy - providing general Handbook/ Policy advice and guidanceTraining & Development - arranging training activities, drafting training agreements & identifying and addressing individual or team requirementsHR Administration - preparing documentation including letters and spreadsheetsAs the HR Assistant, you will possess:Previous HR experience within a professional services/SME businessCIPD qualified or training for qualification is desirableEducation to degree level is desirablePrevious experience in Reward/Compensation & Benefits is essentialStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work confidentially and deal with sensitive informationIf this HR Assistant role is of interest, please apply directly.
