HR Change Officer
An interim HR Change job in Guildford paying up to £38k pa for up to 10 months supporting systems change.
Your new company
An educational facility in the Guildford area. Due to systems transitions, a HR Change Officer is required for a period of up to 10 months.
Your new role
You will work in a small team of project change coordinators to develop varied engagement methods for the client group to ensure that full successful roll out is completed within the scheduled time frame. You will be responsible for some user acceptance testing, internal communications, end user training and varied face to face engagement activities. The majority of this role is externally facing, so whilst systems knowledge is required, your main workload will be ensuring that all end users understand the changes and are engaged for the go live date.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in systems change from a user acceptance front. You will have implemented change previously and be a highly communicative and engaging individual, who is comfortable doing some aspects of back office systems work, though this is not a key factor for the role.
