HR & Recruitment Administrator
An interim opportunity to join a fast-paced HR & Recruitment team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding within a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
Our client are a modern and forward thinking business with an established HR and Recruitment team. They have an outstanding employee engagement strategy with a firm commitment to progression and development.
- Advertising roles, screening candidates, arranging interviews and recruitment administration
- Conducting employment checks such as references and DBS screening
- Utilising recruitment systems, job boards and social media
- Processing starters, leavers and compliance
- Partnering with line managers
- Maintaining HR systems
- You will be experienced in internal or agency recruitment
- You will be confident operating HR and/or Recruitment systems
- You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- You will be proactive and demonstrate initiative
£20-24k FTE annual salary (pro-rata over contract)
